Dale moves in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit to witness to the unsaved as well as to edify the church, and encourage every believer to listen for the voice of God. In 1996, Cindy Jacobs prophesied that God would use him to "help establish prophetic evangelism... and give him story after story." Dale serves as the Delaware Coordinator for the United States Strategic Prayer Network under Peter Wagner, Chuck Pierce and Cindy Jacobs. He is also a member of the International Coalition of Apostles. Dale travels nationally and internationally as a prophet across a variety of denominations.
